If you had a member profile at the old DealStream web site, we used the industry that you entered for your profile. If you didn’t have a profile, we guessed your industry based on your viewing patterns: the types of listings and profiles you viewed. We found this method to be very accurate because most people view listings in their own industry. If we put you in the wrong industry, we apologize. Just correct it in your profile and we’ll instantly update your network. By the way, no one can see your profile (and the incorrect industry) until you update it.
