Start by verifying your email address. Follow this link and click on “Verify Email” in the left-hand column. https://dealstream.com/member/account. You should receive an email from us within a few minutes. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder to see if it’s there. If it is, mark it as “Not Spam” to move it to your inbox. If that doesn’t fix the problem, ask your email service provider (or the system administrator at your business) to whitelist DealStream.
If you reported us for spam, you need to take some additional steps. First, submit a support ticket to us using the following link: https://dealstream.com/help/writetous. We have to contact our email service provider and ask them to remove you from their blocked list. As you can see, it’s a hard thing to undo, so please do not report us if you just want to reduce the volume of email you receive.
