Follow this link to open a support ticket: https://dealstream.com/help/writetous. We will then mark your email address as good and send you an email to verify your email address. If your email address is good, you will receive the email. If it’s not good, the email will be returned to us as undeliverable and your email address will again be marked as bad.
If this happens, it usually means our email is being blocked by your email service provider or a spam filter at your business. Check with your email service provider (or the system administrator at your business) to see if this is the case. If email from us is being blocked, it’s probably because you or one of your colleagues reported us for spam, which blocks all future email coming from DealStream. It’s hard to undo this so, if you just want to reduce the volume of email you receive from us, go to the email preferences page and turn off some of your email subscriptions.
