When you create a listing with an alternate contact, we send listing inquiries directly to the alternate contact’s email address. We also place copies in your inbox. We keep these messages separate from messages sent directly to you. When you go to your inbox, you’ll see two buttons under Inbox: one for messages sent to you and one for messages sent to your alternate contacts.
